Remember to use basic reeds: the more reeds you place in your Mikado, the stronger the aroma will be and the easier it will be to notice it. If you merely want to add a pleasant touch to a small space, start with two reeds and gradually increase the number until you find the intensity level that’s just right but not excessive. To maintain fragrance intensity as time passes, just flip the reeds over between one and three times a week.
